v Sit to stand: to perform this exercise, use a chair with armrests.
Place a pillow on the chair and slowly stand up tall. Don’t bend your knees and
move beyond your toes.
v Heel raise: hold back of the chair for support. Lift your heels off the
floor and rise on the toes. Hold for 5 sec. and repeat.
v Seated hip march: this is very helpful for hip and thigh muscles. Sit
up straight in chair. Lift your foot off the ground with knee bend. Hold for
few seconds and relax and repeat.
v Hamstring stretch: lie down and use a bed sheet or
towel around your foot. Use the towel to help pull the straight leg up.hod few
seconds and relax. Repeat.
