Back
pain is something most of us experience at some stage in our lives. Back pain

back pain. There are some basic exercises that you can do in your daily routine
to loosen your low back.
Ø Leg rolling: lie on your back
with your feet on the ground and both knee bent and together. Now slowly move
your legs from side to side as far as you can. DON’T go beyond your pain. Repeat
this exercise for 7-10 times and perform two times a day.
Ø Single knee to chest exercise-
This is a best stretching exercise for hip and lower back. Lie on your back and
bring one knee towards your chest. Hold for 3 sec. and then relax. Repeat this
exercise as indicated above.
Ø Bridging exercise- lie on your
back with both knee bent and feet on the ground. Slowly lift your buttock from
the ground and keep your hands relaxed at side. Repeat this exercise as
mentioned above.
Some other
advices to reduce your back pain:
Ø To avoid postural back
pain, don’t sit for longer hour. Stand up and walk around for 10 minutes or so.
Ø Applying regular heat to
your lower back will really help to relax your tight back muscles.
Ø If you work in an office,
make sure that chair and table are suitable according to your work.
