WHAT IS VEGAN DIET?

2. Bread and rice
3. Fruits and vegetables
4. Soy-milk, coconut milk, and almond milk
5. Vegetable oils.
WHAT CANNOT BE EATEN?
1. Any kind of meat like beef, lamb or pork.
2. Poultry like chicken, duck etc.
3. Sea food like fish, crab, squid etc.
4. Eggs
5. Butter and cheese
6. Milk or any other kind of dairy products.
7. Mayonnaise .
BENEFITS OF VEGAN DIET
Vegans have better health as compared to other people with respect to heart health. They have less chances of becoming obese and developing some cancers and diabetes.
DISADVANTAGES OF VEGAN DIET
Not taking animal protein can have impact on our health that includes low bone mineral density, malnutritioned kids in vegan pregnant women, deficiency of vitamin B12 etc.
