Kidney Stones- What to do?

Kidney stones can form in several ways. Calcium can combine with oxalate or phosphorous in the urine. This happens when these substances solidifies on increase in their concentration. Kidney stones can also be caused by a buildup of uric acid. Uric acid buildup is caused by the metabolism of protein. Our urinary tract wasn’t designed to expel solid matter, thus kidney stones are very painful to pass. Diet can help a lot in avoiding kidbey stones.
